Kempinski St Moritz seeks a Chef de Partie for the 2026/2027 winter season to lead Asian and sushi culinary offerings in an upscale alpine setting.

This Chef de Partie position supports the creative kitchen team during the 2026/2027 winter season. The role focuses on delivering high-level dining experiences through specialized Asian and sushi menus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to provide top-tier culinary experiences for hotel guests.
• Design and develop menus centered on Asian cuisine and sushi.
• Prepare and cook a diverse range of Asian dishes and sushi items.

Requirements

• Possess a valid passport or ID card from an EU or EFTA country.
• Have completed formal chef training.
• Demonstrate several years of professional experience in high-end gastronomy.
• Show deep expertise in Asian food, specifically Indian and/or sushi preparation.
• Speak German and English at a very good level.
