This apprenticeship places candidates within the hotel’s kitchen team, blending hands-on seasonal culinary work with structured theoretical education to build professional expertise.

Responsibilities

• Preparing dishes in strict accordance with directives from kitchen leadership.
• Verifying that all food products satisfy the establishment's quality standards.
• Keeping the workspace strictly clean and hygienic at all times.
• Serving meals at designated times to ensure smooth operations.
• Assisting colleagues at other stations depending on current workload demands.
• Inspecting, storing, and handling incoming goods properly.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 17 years old when the apprenticeship begins.
• Completion of relevant internships in the hotel or catering sector is mandatory.
• Proficiency in both German and English is required.
