Cloud Security Team Lead

Roger Dubuis seeks a Cloud Security Team Lead in Meyrin, CH, to guide a small team in securing cloud infrastructure and fostering security awareness within a luxury tech environment.

This position heads the Cloud Security group under the Cloud Governance & Architecture pillar of Cloud & DevOps Services. The primary goal is to safeguard cloud infrastructure and codebases while cultivating a strong culture of security consciousness across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of 4-6 members, including internal staff and external partners, by setting clear objectives and conducting regular performance evaluations.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to ensure team success and professional growth.
• Oversee the team backlog, prioritizing tasks to align with the strategic roadmap.
• Manage third-party suppliers, ensuring adherence to contracts, budgets, and performance standards.
• Lead the implementation and improvement of cloud security and DevSecOps solution stacks.
• Offer practical security guidance to engineering and project teams to facilitate the integration of security controls.
• Foster collaboration between product development, cybersecurity, and compliance departments to protect cloud workloads.
• Contribute to cloud security governance by managing frameworks, committees, and reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in cloud environments with a demonstrated history in cloud security solutions.
• Deep knowledge of major cloud providers, particularly AWS or GCP.
• Experience defining and implementing security measures within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong grasp of OWASP TOP 10 and the OWASP Testing Guide.
• Understanding of data architecture, protection strategies, and mitigation of data exfiltration risks for sensitive information (PII).
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Kubernetes, EKS, and ACK.
• Hands-on experience in Security Architecture, Automation, Configuration Management, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Fluent English proficiency and a good working level of French.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and work autonomously within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and make decisive problem-solving choices.
• Experience managing cloud security projects using agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Confluence and Jira.

• Experience with Alibaba Cloud.
