Compliance Data & Process Expert

The company seeks a Compliance Data & Process Expert in Villars-sur-Glane, Switzerland, to optimize compliance processes and master data management for global operations.

This position is dedicated to strengthening compliance effectiveness by implementing robust processes, organizational structures, and technology solutions. The expert will drive end-to-end operational improvements across various functions, brands, and regions, ensuring seamless integration of compliance data and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Advise internal teams on managing product and trade compliance data and related procedures.
• Mentor and develop junior staff members within the organization.
• Evaluate the need for compliance implementation solutions, focusing on system and data aspects under their ownership.
• Define and frame enhancement projects to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
• Oversee logistics and compliance master data management as a central responsibility.
• Update and maintain group-level documentation for logistics and compliance data to drive ongoing improvements.
• Ensure data quality and stewardship for stakeholder-contributed data within the Master Data Governance framework.
• Spearhead root cause analysis and lead initiatives to continuously improve master data management and compliance processes.
• Provide specialized expertise in product and trade compliance data management for various projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in an international setting, preferably in compliance, digital transformation, or roles involving data and system management.
• Strong familiarity with supply chain and regulatory domains, including HS commodity codes, regulatory documentation, policy interpretation, and international logistics operations.
• Highly meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating digital and IT system logic, as well as software user interfaces.
• Proficient in Excel, including keyboard shortcuts, data manipulation, transformation, exports, filters, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Fluent French language skills.
• Full proficiency in English.

• Background in business analysis or project management.
• Solid understanding of SAP systems.
