The company is looking for a specialist to oversee the administration, maintenance, and support of its financial consolidation systems. This role ensures that aggregated financial data is reported accurately across multiple units, supporting regulatory compliance and the operational needs of the finance and accounting departments.
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer financial consolidation software platforms.
- Manage user access permissions and enforce system security protocols.
- Resolve technical incidents and liaise with IT departments or external vendors.
- Assist with financial close cycles to guarantee timely and precise consolidation.
- Oversee data integration and validation to maintain high data quality.
- Schedule and implement software updates, patches, and upgrades aligned with financial calendars.
- Develop and update system documentation, workflows, and user guides.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to enhance system utilization.
- Deliver technical training and ongoing support to internal users.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on Accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience with financial consolidation software, particularly OneStream or similar tools.
- Solid knowledge of consolidation procedures, financial reporting standards, and controlling workflows.
- Competence in database management, data integration utilities, and workflow automation.
- Fluent English (C1) and professional German proficiency (B2).
