Consultant NL/BE/UK

Ultimo SA seeks a Mid-level Implementation Consultant to lead EAM transformation projects for clients in the UK, NL, DE, or BE. The role focuses on modernizing asset operations through configuration, workshops, and user training.

This position serves as an Implementation Consultant dedicated to driving digital transformation rather than providing routine support. The consultant helps customers modernize their asset and maintenance operations by leveraging the Ultimo EAM platform. The role demands leadership in project execution and solution design, requiring the incumbent to actively shape outcomes instead of merely following predefined instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of EAM implementations, starting from initial analysis and concluding with go-live.
• Facilitate workshops and advise clients on adopting best-practice processes for asset and maintenance management.
• Convert business requirements into a scalable and high-performing Ultimo system configuration.
• Set up workflows, data structures, integrations, and reporting mechanisms within the platform.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strict control over scope, quality, and deadlines.
• Support user adoption by delivering training and providing hands-on assistance during the transition.
• Collaborate with consulting colleagues, product development teams, and support staff.
• Contribute to the improvement of Ultimo’s implementation methodologies by sharing insights and lessons learned.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience implementing EAM or CMMS solutions.
• Solid understanding of maintenance, asset management, and reliability principles.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Legal authorization to work in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium, along with residence in that country.
• Willingness to travel to client locations approximately 20-30% of the time.
