SAP EWM QMS Support

Fusion Consulting AG seeks a Mid-level SAP EWM QMS Support specialist to enhance their ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This remote role focuses on process optimization, risk reduction, and continuous improvement within the SDLC.

The primary objective of this position is to refine and expand the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring it effectively supports Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities. The role aims to transform the QMS into a practical management instrument that minimizes operational risks, rather than treating it merely as a regulatory obligation.

Responsibilities

• Interpret the core principles and structure of ISO 9001 standards.
• Convert abstract quality requirements into actionable, efficient workflows.
• Implement risk-based thinking in daily operations and decision-making.
• Analyze how different processes interact and understand underlying system logic.
• Create detailed process maps and design new operational structures.
• Detect inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Clarify and define specific roles and responsibilities within teams.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor system performance.
• Align process outcomes with broader business goals and objectives.
• Enhance corrective action mechanisms and manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes.
• Increase the efficiency and speed of CAPA closure.
• Utilize 5-Why and Fishbone analysis techniques for structured problem-solving.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and the application of risk-based thinking.
• Proven ability to design, optimize, and streamline business processes.
• Strong expertise in managing CAPA processes and conducting root cause analysis.
