Consulting Manager

Artefact Group Switzerland SA seeks a Consulting Manager in Lausanne to lead AI and data strategy projects, advising executives and managing cross-functional teams in a hybrid role.

The company is looking for a leader to join its expanding Lausanne consulting practice. In this position, you will guide high-stakes initiatives that blend artificial intelligence, data analytics, and business strategy. The role focuses on helping organizations leverage these technologies to improve decision-making and achieve measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to C-suite leaders on leveraging data for business advantage.
• Direct projects centered on data strategy, AI applications, governance frameworks, and change management.
• Convert complex business problems into scalable technical solutions involving AI and data.
• Oversee diverse teams including consultants, analysts, scientists, and engineers.
• Mentor junior staff to build their capabilities in data-driven transformation.
• Cultivate existing client relationships to uncover new opportunities.
• Drive market expansion in Switzerland through client acquisition efforts.
• Prepare and submit proposals and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Manage the full lifecycle of consulting engagements from initial strategy to final implementation.
• Facilitate the adoption of new data and AI tools within client organizations.
• Create and deliver training sessions for both internal teams and external clients.
• Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to thought leadership content.

Requirements

• At least four years of consulting experience, specifically in data, AI, or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to connect data and AI initiatives to tangible business results.
• Proven track record in team management, mentoring, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Skill in identifying and developing new business opportunities through client engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Competence in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
