Consumer Testing Associate (On-Call/Part-Time)

Eurofins Scientific seeks an entry-level Consumer Testing Associate for part-time, on-site work in Switzerland. The role involves preparing food samples, managing test sessions, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.

This position is central to the consumer taste testing operations at Eurofins Scientific. The associate is responsible for the end-to-end support of product evaluation sessions, which includes preparing food and beverage samples according to client specifications, guiding participants through the testing process, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient testing environment. The role also involves assisting with data collection and ensuring all documentation is accurately completed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize food and beverage samples for evaluation based on specific client protocols.
• Guide and direct test participants through the consumer testing procedures.
• Ensure that all testing instructions are strictly followed by participants.
• Manage participant check-in processes and verify that all necessary documentation is completed.
• Set up and dismantle the testing area before and after sessions.
• Maintain the testing environment to ensure it remains clean, consistent, and compliant with research standards.
• Support database growth events when required.
• Oversee the organization, quality, and consistency of the test execution.
