Laboratory Technician

Eurofins Electric & Electronic Product Testing AG seeks an Associate Laboratory Technician in Schaffhausen to support analytical testing, method validation, and QC activities within an international team.

This position places you within an international team at a client site in Schaffhausen, offering a versatile and engaging role. You will play a key part in supporting quality control laboratories and contributing to the development and transfer of physical test methods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, document, and review analytical work, including stability and release testing, for particle counting and CCIT assays in line with GMP/GLP standards.
• Provide analytical support to QC labs for particle counting and CCI testing.
• Compile and summarize analytical findings into clear reports.
• Create and update document templates for method development, qualification, validation, and transfer.
• Gather and organize data required for registration dossiers.
• Collaborate effectively in a dynamic team while upholding diversity and inclusion principles.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a Laboratory Technician (EFZ) in Biology or Chemistry, or a B.Sc. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Chemistry.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated sector, with familiarity in GMP rules for analytical labs.
• Hands-on experience with particle counting and CCIT assays.
• Working knowledge of German.
