Customer Flight Support

Globaljetluxembourg seeks a Customer Flight Support professional in Geneva to coordinate global flight operations, liaise with suppliers, and ensure optimal client service in a dynamic aviation environment.

The Customer Flight Support team handles the worldwide planning and coordination of the company's flights. This position requires close collaboration with internal departments and external partners to establish the necessary framework for delivering high-quality service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flight operations with clients and internal teams
• Liaise with external providers for supplementary services like ground transport or helicopter transfers
• Create and implement short-term alternatives based on established procedures
• Assess operational and financial implications of flight plans
• Oversee all relevant operational processes
• Participate in shift work, including nights and weekends

Requirements

• Customer-focused mindset, ideally with prior experience in luxury service
• Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively within a team
• Strong diplomatic and empathetic approach to handling complex situations
• Proficient communication abilities
• Capacity to manage a high volume of work
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Competent IT skills, including MS Office and database systems
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (Swiss, EU national, or valid residence permit)

Nice to have

• Background in aviation, particularly business aviation
• French language proficiency or knowledge of other languages
