Demand & Supply Planner - Business Growth Solutions

Nestlé Operational Services Worldwide SA seeks a Demand & Supply Planner in La Tour-de-Peilz to ensure product availability and optimize supply chain coordination between sales, production, and logistics.

This position serves as a central link within the supply chain, acting as a co-pilot that connects sales teams, manufacturing sites, logistics providers, and end customers. The primary objective is to guarantee that finished goods reach consumers in the correct quantity, at the right time and location, while maintaining optimal freshness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Managers and Finance teams to create an 18-month demand forecast through monthly business planning sessions.
• Work closely with key customers to develop forecasting models based on sell-out figures and current stock levels.
• Coordinate the entire supply planning process to satisfy customer demands while managing network complexities.
• Monitor producer performance by reviewing planning parameters and implementing measures to increase supply reliability.
• Identify potential risks related to capacity limits, material shortages, or inventory write-offs and develop mitigation strategies.
• Update and refine planning master data to facilitate automation efforts and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in demand planning, supply planning, or vendor-managed inventory planning within complex supply chain environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert data into practical, actionable insights.
• Fluent proficiency in English, both in written communication and verbal interactions.
