Zühlke Group seeks a Mid-level Embedded Software Engineer in Schlieren, CH, to develop embedded software and architectures in agile teams while collaborating with clients and ensuring high engineering standards.

Responsibilities
- Apply solid engineering practices in everyday tasks
- Build embedded software architectures, automation pipelines, and products within agile teams
- Maintain clean code structure, optimize performance, and ensure adequate test coverage
- Interact directly with clients during project execution
- Suggest technical innovations, methods, and principles for project implementation
- Provide support to colleagues within and across different projects
Requirements
- Hold a strong university degree in electrical engineering, computer science, a related discipline, or possess equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to software quality, including requirements analysis, design patterns, efficient data structures, unit testing, and documentation
- Prioritize conscious resource usage and real-time software behavior
- Possess proficiency in C and C++
- Have practical experience with operating systems such as Linux or an RTOS
- Be fluent in both English and German, written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience with Rust
- Experience with programming GPUs or NPUs
