Responsibilities
- Lead key projects spanning hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion.
- Establish and maintain connections with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners.
- Assist in launching new markets and supporting expansion efforts.
- Identify opportunities and address operational challenges.
- Represent the company at events, in communities, and during external engagements.
- Collaborate closely with founders on strategic initiatives.
- Take full ownership of projects from initial concept through execution.
