Esthetician / Trainer

L Dot R Aphael in Geneva seeks a senior Esthetician / Trainer to lead client services and global training. The role combines luxury beauty treatments with developing and delivering certification programs for teams worldwide.

This position is for an Esthetician / Trainer to join the Geneva flagship Temple, combining direct client service with the strategic goal of training and elevating global teams. The candidate will uphold L.RAPHAEL’s treatment standards and serve as a global ambassador for luxury beauty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the full range of L.RAPHAEL’s signature facial and body treatments.
• Provide exceptional, transformative results and a memorable sensory experience for high-end clients.
• Meet and exceed retail goals by recommending products and sharing brand stories.
• Perform detailed skin assessments and design personalized beauty plans focused on longevity.
• Create and lead hands-on certification programs for new and existing staff in Geneva and internationally.
• Travel to various spas to deliver workshops and training courses.
• Mentor therapists globally on luxury sales techniques and L.RAPHAEL’s brand narrative.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a senior esthetician or massage therapist in 5-star settings.
• Proven background in training, leading therapy teams, or coordinating training programs.
• Expertise in advanced facial technologies and longevity-oriented body treatments.
• Understanding of active ingredients and cosmeceuticals.
• Fluency in both English and French is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in manicure, pedicure, or make-up artistry is a strong plus.
• Additional languages are considered an advantage.
