This position focuses on managing the complete refund workflow for pharmaceutical products (KVV71 and SL) and general tariff reimbursements. The specialist will operate within a collaborative team, taking ownership of intricate processes and ensuring accurate handling of regulatory requirements.

- Examine and process violation reports related to special basic insurance forms
Requirements
- Completion of medical or commercial vocational training
- Proven experience in handling health insurance claims
- Solid understanding of social security legislation and statutory rules
- Strong communication abilities and capacity to work effectively in a team
- High level of autonomy, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail
- Fluency in German
Nice to have
- Swiss Federal Professional Certificate in Social Insurance or Health Insurance
- Proficiency in additional foreign languages
