Kempinski St Moritz seeks a Florist for the 2026/2027 winter season to manage floral design and departmental operations in a luxury alpine setting.

The company is looking for a Florist to join the team for the upcoming winter season of 2026/2027. This position aims to reinforce the hotel’s identity as a sporty, welcoming, and high-quality five-star destination by delivering exceptional floral experiences across all guest areas.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain floral arrangements in guest rooms, the spa, dining venues, event spaces, and public areas.
• Design and plan floral concepts for special occasions, including birthdays, gala dinners, and New Year’s Eve.
• Prepare custom floral pieces based on specific guest requests.
• Ensure the health and care of all cut flowers and potted plants.
• Manage material usage, calculate costs, place orders, receive deliveries, and handle internal procurement inquiries.
• Oversee the overall budget for the floristry department.

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a florist.
• Prior work experience in a similar role within a comparable luxury hotel environment.
• Strong professional skills combined with creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and a high standard of quality.
• Ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
• Enthusiasm for collaborative, team-oriented work.
• Fluency in both German and English.
