Full-Stack Solana Developer

Solana AG seeks a Mid-level Full-Stack Solana Developer to build on-chain asset management tools using Rust, Anchor, and TypeScript in a remote role based in Switzerland.

This position focuses on creating comprehensive on-chain asset management solutions. The developer will operate across the entire technology stack, connecting user interfaces with backend services and Solana smart contracts to deliver secure and scalable financial experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire FBYT technology stack, ensuring seamless interaction between user interfaces, backend systems, and Solana programs.
• Create and maintain Solana smart contracts utilizing Rust and the Anchor framework.
• Implement robust mechanisms for secure transaction signing and integrate various digital wallets.
• Develop Cross-Program Invocation (CPI) connections and direct Decentralized Exchange (DEX) trades via protocols like Jupiter.
• Architect trading infrastructure and Vault systems that enforce strict permission controls.
• Ensure all on-chain asset management features are secure, scalable, and provide a smooth user experience across frontend, backend, and contract layers.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Rust, Anchor, and TypeScript, with specific expertise in SPL tokens, Program Derived Addresses (PDAs), and secure transaction signing.
• Proven track record of building and integrating Cross-Program Invocations (CPIs).
• Experience routing Decentralized Exchange (DEX) transactions through platforms such as Jupiter.
• Background in designing trading infrastructure and Vault systems with granular permission controls.
