This position serves as the primary liaison for global strategic coordination within Awin’s international network. The role involves managing affiliate campaigns for key clients, requiring a deep grasp of the affiliate marketing landscape and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced setting. The incumbent acts as an extension of the client’s team, driving innovation and ensuring seamless service delivery across all regions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance assigned client accounts to meet specific business objectives.
- Develop and recommend affiliate marketing strategies to improve account performance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure program success.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
- Provide training and support to clients on affiliate program operations prior to launch.
- Independently create and manage all necessary account documentation and reporting materials.
- Generate regular and customized reports detailing program performance and metrics.
- Direct the global affiliate strategy for designated international clients across all territories.
- Introduce creative ideas and strategic guidance to support client growth.
- Establish close partnerships with major global affiliates to ensure consistent service quality.
- Collaborate with local Awin Account Managers to execute unified global strategies.
- Ensure team members adhere to best practices in account management and share knowledge effectively.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in account management within digital marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid understanding of the affiliate marketing industry and its role in the broader online marketing mix.
- Ability to handle and escalate account issues effectively.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships with clients and colleagues, including strong networking abilities.
- Experience in presenting commercial content to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to optimize accounts without daily supervision.
