Key Account Manager – DACH

StubHub seeks a Key Account Manager for the DACH region based in Geneva, CH, to build and scale high-quality ticket supply in underpenetrated markets. The role involves managing supplier relationships, driving inventory growth, and achieving commercial targets with autonomy and data-driven decision-making.

This role is part of StubHub’s international supply team, focused on expanding ticket supply in underpenetrated markets across the DACH region. The Key Account Manager reports to the International Supply Operations Manager and is responsible for growing strategic supplier relationships, identifying inventory gaps, and ensuring consistent availability of high-quality ticket inventory on the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand high-quality ticket supply in underpenetrated markets, focusing on pricing, coverage, and inventory quality.
  • Identify supply gaps, source new sellers, and onboard strategic suppliers to ensure consistent inventory availability.
  • Map the regional supply landscape, pinpoint inventory gaps by event, category, and seller type, and prioritize acquisition opportunities.
  • Acquire new ticket suppliers across sports, concerts, theatre, and other live events through networking and relationship-building.
  • Report progress to the International Operations Manager during monthly and quarterly meetings.
  • Manage regional supply KPIs such as inventory depth, sell-through rates, revenue contribution, and supplier concentration.
  • Use data to detect supply gaps and launch targeted initiatives to improve coverage and quality.
  • Review company operations across all countries in the region to maintain high service standards for both sellers and buyers.
  • Own the full commercial lifecycle, from pipeline creation and deal execution to onboarding and ongoing revenue growth.
  • Work independently in the region, making prioritization and investment decisions based on return on investment.
  • Negotiate complex deals to achieve mutually beneficial and industry-leading economic terms.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the region’s largest suppliers.
  • Lead client-facing discussions and manage complex negotiations.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and highly autonomous, able to work independently.
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to drive results.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building from scratch.
  • Relationship-focused with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven experience in account management.
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Passion for live events and the ticketing industry.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and related data tools for creating sales presentations and analyzing deal outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SQL or Snowflake for data analysis.
