Supply Manager – DACH

StubHub is seeking a Supply Manager for the DACH region based in Geneva, Switzerland. The role focuses on expanding high-quality ticket supply in underpenetrated markets, managing supplier relationships, and driving growth through data-driven strategies and negotiations.

The Supply Manager is responsible for building and scaling high-quality ticket supply in underpenetrated markets within the DACH region. Reporting to the International Supply Operations Manager, this role is part of the global supply team managing key supplier relationships outside North America and is based in Switzerland, preferably Zurich.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand high-quality ticket supply, focusing on pricing, coverage, and inventory quality in underpenetrated markets.
  • Identify supply gaps, source and onboard new sellers, and strengthen strategic supplier relationships to ensure consistent inventory availability.
  • Analyze the regional supply landscape, pinpoint inventory gaps by event, category, and seller type, and prioritize impactful acquisition opportunities.
  • Acquire new ticket suppliers across sports, concerts, theatre, and other live events through networking and relationship-building.
  • Report progress to the International Operations Manager during regular monthly and quarterly meetings.
  • Manage regional supply KPIs such as inventory depth, sell-through rates, revenue contribution, and supplier concentration.
  • Use data insights to detect gaps and launch targeted initiatives to improve supply quality and coverage.
  • Review company operations across all countries in the region to maintain high service standards for both sellers and buyers.
  • Oversee the full commercial lifecycle, from pipeline development and deal execution to onboarding and ongoing revenue growth.
  • Work independently in the region, making prioritization and investment decisions based on return on investment.
  • Negotiate complex deals to achieve mutually beneficial and industry-leading economic terms.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the region’s largest suppliers.
  • Lead client-facing discussions and manage complex negotiations.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and highly autonomous individual
  • Strong commercial sense and negotiation ability
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building from scratch
  • Balances relationship-building with data-driven decision-making
  • Proven experience in account management
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles
  • Enthusiasm for live events and the ticketing industry
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and related data tools for creating sales presentations and analyzing deal outcomes

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SQL or Snowflake for data analysis
