Global Launch Education Manager

Straumann seeks a Global Launch Education Manager in Basel to drive product adoption through scalable, blended learning programs and cross-functional collaboration.

The company is looking for a professional to lead the educational strategy behind new product commercialization. This role focuses on driving market adoption and business impact by creating scalable learning initiatives. The position reports directly to the Head of Global Launch Education and works closely with cross-functional teams to define the education component of launch business cases.

Responsibilities

• Create go-to-market educational concepts and materials that demonstrate measurable impact.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholders, covering clinical relevance, technical features, and safe usage.
• Design and deliver high-quality, accessible, and blended learning experiences that empower audiences to replicate launch strategies across markets.
• Partner with Product and Workflow Managers to establish consistent, didactically sound learning objectives for various target groups.
• Manage, update, and deploy specific learning packages tailored to different stakeholder needs.
• Execute launch training sessions for internal and external audiences to ensure readiness and support post-launch adoption.
• Simplify complex clinical and digital workflows into practical, easy-to-adopt educational formats.
• Build scalable digital learning solutions, including eLearning, video content, self-paced modules, and instructor-led sessions.
• Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop clinically relevant and impactful educational content.

Requirements

• Degree in Dentistry or a related field, such as dental technology or nursing, with deep expertise in implantology and prosthodontics.
• Strong understanding of ITI SAC Classification, treatment guidelines, and scientific consensus statements.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering global education programs, including lectures, hands-on training, and digital formats.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent command of the English language.
• Background in managing innovation launches and collaborating across functional teams.

Nice to have

• Clinical background in implantology and digital workflows.
• Experience in adult education methodologies.
• Ability to speak additional languages besides English.
