Solventum seeks a Scientific Education Manager to lead dental education initiatives across EMEA. This remote role requires a dentist fluent in English and French to manage KOL relationships and curriculum development.
Reporting to the Scientific Education Leader for EMEA, this position focuses on delivering high-quality scientific education and strategic communications. The incumbent will collaborate with diverse global teams to ensure the safe and effective use of Solventum’s dental materials, ultimately supporting the company’s mission to improve healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain partnerships with external key opinion leaders, clinicians, academic advisors, and internal stakeholders.
- Create and refine educational content that highlights scientific evidence and supports strategic communication goals.
- Plan and execute online and in-person training programs throughout the EMEA region to instruct customers on product usage.
- Deliver clinical and technical presentations to internal teams, customers, universities, and professional associations on a global scale.
- Offer specialized clinical guidance to orthodontists and dentists regarding complex issues with digitally designed orthodontic and restorative products, with a specific focus on Clear Tray Aligners.
- Increase market visibility by disseminating clinical insights and collecting feedback from customers.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in dentistry or a higher qualification.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in designing and delivering curricula for healthcare professionals.
- Possess deep knowledge of orthodontic and dental treatment processes, including aligners, biomechanics, and restorative workflows.
- Show proven experience in developing and executing Key Opinion Leader strategies.
- Be fluent in both French and English, with strong written and spoken proficiency.
- Have broad product knowledge covering dental and orthodontic treatment procedures.
- Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring visa sponsorship.
