Medmix Systems AG seeks a Global Process Planner (60%) in Haag (Rheintal), CH. The role involves strategic planning, financial assessments, and operations improvement within a global healthcare and industrial device manufacturer.

As a Global Process Planner, you will support strategic decision-making regarding production and sourcing. You will evaluate new products, assess manufacturing site maturity, and drive operational improvements across the company's worldwide network.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate make-or-buy scenarios and financial implications.
• Analyze new product launches from financial and risk standpoints.
• Participate in global network evaluations and strategic initiatives, such as facility openings or closures.
• Review and assess the maturity levels of various production sites.
• Act as a subject matter expert in operations enhancement projects.
• Manage and refine Operations Masterdata.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to professionals and operations leaders.
• Contribute actively to talent management initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field, plus relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities.
• Background in change management.
• Structured work style with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP systems.
