Group Product Manager, B2C

GetYourGuide seeks a Group Product Manager for its B2C On-Trip domain in Zurich. The role leads a team of PMs, defining strategy for post-booking experiences, AI resolution, and supplier coordination.

This position sits within the On-Trip product group, which is responsible for the entire customer journey after a booking is made. The successful candidate will lead a team of product managers, define the strategic direction for the domain, and mentor senior talent to drive high performance across complex operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution for the On-Trip domain, covering contextual user experience, self-service options, and modification or cancellation flows.
• Oversee AI-driven resolution initiatives, including unified customer care and automated chat solutions.
• Manage supplier-traveler coordination tools, ensuring off-platform visibility, effective messaging, and robust coordination infrastructure.
• Directly manage three Product Managers located in Zurich.
• Report to the Director of Product, Traveler based in Berlin.

Requirements

• Proven ability to distill complex, multi-faceted strategies into clear, actionable narratives for executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing and coaching senior Product Managers, with a track record of improving team output.
• Strong commercial acumen to size problems, build ROI cases, and commit to specific metrics.
• Background operating in operationally complex domains such as marketplaces, payments, post-purchase systems, or customer service technology.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with a team split across Berlin and Zurich.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-assisted customer resolution, supplier-facing products, or payment corridors in a global marketplace.
