The company seeks a Senior Head of Corporate Communications to lead global strategy, reputation management, and internal engagement, reporting directly to the CEO.
This senior position serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the Executive Committee, defining the global corporate narrative and communication strategy. The role leads the Group Corporate Communications function, aligning all messaging with business priorities to protect and strengthen the brand's reputation worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global corporate narrative and communication strategy.
- Align all communication efforts with the Group’s strategic goals and CEO priorities.
- Protect and enhance the company’s reputation and brand equity.
- Advise the CEO and Executive Committee on communication and reputation matters.
- Lead Group internal communication efforts.
- Own the employee communication narrative.
- Support EVP and Employer Branding initiatives.
- Coordinate the internal communication network globally.
- Promote the 'new way of working' and Digital Workplace initiatives.
- Manage the Group's external reputation and institutional communication activities.
- Oversee investor relations, financial, media, crisis, sustainability, and philanthropy communications.
- Own key corporate publications including Annual Report, Half-Year Report, Corporate Presentation, Website, and Movie.
- Ensure consistency and strength of the brand and maintain branding guidelines.
- Lead communication platforms and tools strategy, including Intranet and Microsoft 365.
- Drive adoption and change management programs.
- Manage agency relationships, resources and budgets.
- Lead, coach and develop the Corporate Communications team.
- Set objectives, priorities and ways of working for the team.
- Manage governance, partnerships and department budget.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Corporate Communications.
- Significant leadership experience in an international environment.
- Expertise in Internal Communications, Media Relations, Investor Relations, Crisis Communications, Brand Communications, and Digital Communications.
- Strong strategic communication and storytelling capabilities.
- Executive presence and board-level communication skills.
- Experience leading transformation and Digital Workplace initiatives.
- Fluent English and French.
- Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business or related field.
- Extensive experience leading Corporate Communications within an international organization.
- Proven record advising senior executives and leading multidisciplinary communication teams.
