Head of Corporate Communications

Bobst seeks a Head of Corporate Communications to lead global strategy, protect brand reputation, and advise the CEO on all corporate narrative matters.

This senior position serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the Executive Committee, leading the Group’s Corporate Communications function. The role is responsible for defining and driving the worldwide corporate narrative, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and managing the company’s reputation across all stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global corporate communication strategy and narrative.
• Align all communication efforts with the Group’s strategic goals and the CEO’s priorities.
• Safeguard and enhance BOBST’s reputation and brand equity.
• Direct internal communication efforts and shape the employee engagement narrative.
• Support Executive Vice President initiatives and employer branding programs.
• Manage external reputation, institutional communications, and media relations.
• Oversee investor relations, financial reporting communications, and press interactions.
• Produce and manage key corporate publications, including the Annual and Half-Year Reports, as well as the corporate website.
• Ensure consistent application of branding guidelines to maintain brand strength.
• Lead the strategy for communication platforms, including the Digital Workplace.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Corporate Communications team.
• Manage agency relationships, resources, and associated budgets.

Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in Corporate Communications.
• Proven leadership experience within an international context.
• Expertise in internal communications, media relations, investor relations, crisis management, brand communications, and digital channels.
• Fluent proficiency in both English and French.
• Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Extensive background leading corporate communications functions in global organizations.
