Positioned within the Endress+Hauser Flow division, this leadership role is central to evolving the global supply chain strategy. The incumbent will strategically shape international supplier networks and influence complex investment projects, ensuring the procurement function drives long-term value and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational direction for the Indirect Sourcing Procurement department.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of seven specialists.
- Drive an innovation-focused procurement strategy to shape the department's future.
- Define strategies for commodity groups and supplier relationships.
- Manage local suppliers at the Reinach site and support development initiatives in China, India, the USA, and France.
- Collaborate with strategic purchasing managers and cross-functional teams including construction, manufacturing, and industrial engineering.
- Optimize internal processes and ensure seamless integration of suppliers into project workflows.
Requirements
- University degree with a technical focus.
- Several years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing industrial company.
- At least five years of leadership experience.
- Proven track record in developing teams.
- Solid experience in project business.
- Solid experience in indirect procurement.
- Business-fluent German skills.
- Business-fluent English skills.

- Management qualification such as MBA or MAS in Supply Chain Management.
