HR Generalist (50%)

Optotune Switzerland AG seeks an HR Generalist to support its growing team in Dietikon. This hybrid role focuses on employee lifecycle management, process improvement, and HR administration within a high-tech optics environment.

The company develops adaptive optical elements for industrial and consumer markets and is currently expanding its operations. This position reports directly to the VP Human Resources in Dietikon, serving as a key partner for managers and staff across the Swiss entity.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary advisor for employees and managers regarding daily HR inquiries and support.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle in collaboration with the HR Specialist, covering administration, talent development, and compensation cycles.
• Drive the digitalization and efficiency of HR workflows, policies, and systems to enhance the employee experience.
• Liaise with external payroll providers to guarantee precise and punctual monthly payroll processing.
• Assist with recruitment efforts and employer branding projects alongside global HR colleagues.
• Participate in group-level HR initiatives and strategic projects.
• Organize and coordinate engagement activities and corporate events for the Swiss team.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Three to five years of comprehensive HR experience.
• Solid understanding of Swiss employment legislation, HR regulations, and internal policies.
• Fluency in both English and German.

Nice to have

• Additional HR certifications or qualifications, such as HR Fachfrau/Fachmann, are considered beneficial.
