HR Generalist (part-time)

Bystronic is hiring an HR Generalist for a part-time, on-site role in Cazzago San Martino, CH. The position supports HR operations and employee lifecycle management with a focus on payroll, administration, and recruitment, under a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role supports HR operations and employee lifecycle management within the company, ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective support for employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with monthly payroll procedures.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
• Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, certificates, data maintenance, and reference letters.
• Assist with recruiting efforts from job posting through onboarding.

Requirements

• A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum one year of practical experience in HR and payroll functions.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be available for on-site work at the office in Cazzago San Martino.
