Ubique seeks a Mid-level Identity & Security Engineer in Zürich to build secure digital identity solutions, focusing on authentication, credentials, and the Heidi Wallet App.
This position focuses on creating systems that allow users to navigate the digital world safely. The engineer will concentrate on identification, authentication, and digital verification processes to ensure robust security for the Heidi Universe platform.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable infrastructure for the issuance, management, and verification of digital credentials, alongside secure user authentication for the Heidi Universe platform.
- Implement modern cryptographic methods, identity standards, and security architectures.
- Enhance the Heidi Wallet App by improving secure storage, device synchronization, interoperability, and the integration of new standards.
- Partner with backend, mobile, and security experts to guarantee that technical solutions are robust, secure, and scalable.
Requirements
- A completed degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Interest or prior experience in security, identity management, cryptography, or distributed systems.
- Good communication skills in German.
Nice to have
- Knowledge in Swift, Kotlin, Java, or Rust.
