The company seeks a Mid-level Intercompany Project Manager in Schönenwerd to oversee customer projects involving subcontracted analytical services within the Eurofins Group, ensuring GMP compliance and timely delivery.
This position focuses on the end-to-end management of customer projects that rely on analytical services provided by other Eurofins partner laboratories. The role involves coordinating these intercompany collaborations, from initial planning and quotation preparation through to the final approval of results and billing, while also supporting business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee customer projects that utilize subcontracted analytical services across the Eurofins network.
- Plan and organize project timelines and deliverables in coordination with partner laboratories.
- Assist in preparing commercial quotations for potential clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional analytical services to both existing and new customers.
- Configure and map project details within the eLIMS system.
- Ensure analytical work is executed correctly, on schedule, and in full compliance with GMP standards.
- Review and approve final analysis results and associated reports.
- Provide scientific support and supervision for ongoing projects and contribute to winning new business.
- Guarantee accurate and timely invoicing based on agreed terms and services rendered.
- Participate in general process optimization and the continuous improvement of the GMP laboratory site.
Requirements
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, such as Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, or Biotechnology.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience working in regulated environments, specifically involving ISO 17025, GLP, and preferably GMP standards.
- Strong proficiency with IT tools and Office applications, along with prior experience using LIMS systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in both German and English at a good level.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of the French language is considered an advantage.
