Bächler Feintech AG seeks a Mid-level NPI Project Manager in Hölstein, CH, to lead new product introduction projects from development transfer through commercial production, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget objectives are met.
The company is looking for a professional to guide New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives from the initial development transfer phase through industrialization and into commercial production. This role focuses on ensuring that all project goals related to quality, scheduling, and budgeting are successfully achieved.
Responsibilities
- Oversee NPI projects from development transfer through industrialization and commercial production
- Foster collaboration across R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and customer teams
- Identify project risks and challenges, and develop mitigation and contingency plans
- Maintain alignment with internal and external stakeholders through transparent communication and regular status reporting
- Monitor project performance, including schedule adherence, quality compliance, validation progress, and manufacturing readiness
- Coordinate validation and qualification activities with Quality Assurance
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related technical field
- Experience in Project Management in a quality regulated environment, preferably in the field of medical devices or diagnostics technology
- Strong project management skills with experience leading R&D projects in the MedTech sector
- Strong leadership skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills and team oriented
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
