Blp Digital in Zürich offers a full-time onsite internship for students in business, tech, or related fields. Interns will contribute to live ERP automation projects using AI, gaining hands-on experience in enterprise software and process optimization.

This internship sits at the crossroads of business processes, technology, and artificial intelligence. Interns will actively support real customer implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation, taking ownership of meaningful tasks rather than shadowing. It’s designed for proactive, curious individuals seeking a steep learning curve and real responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ERP automation projects from initial requirements to project launch
• Analyze customer business workflows to find automation opportunities
• Help design and configure customized solutions that match customer processes
• Work with engineering and product teams to address technical and process-related questions
• Create documentation, implementation resources, and gather customer insights
• Support customer communication and ensure smooth project delivery
• Collect feedback from clients and help turn it into improvements for products and processes
• Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to understand full customer journeys

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong ability to analyze problems and find solutions
• Interest in technology, AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Good communication skills and a willingness to work in a team
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Prior experience with ERP systems, automation tools, or process modeling
• German language skills
