This internship supports organisational-development efforts focused on culture, leadership, and operational efficiency, contributing to the company’s transformation goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with projects aimed at improving organisational culture, leadership practices, and efficiency.
- Conduct culture assessments using employee feedback and survey data, then suggest practical improvements.
- Manage coordination of the Great Place to Work 2026 initiative across multiple business units.
- Spot areas for improvement and co-create solutions with experienced professionals.
Requirements
- At least four semesters of study in business administration, organisational development, data science, psychology, or a related field, or currently enrolled in a master’s programme.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Strong interest in cultural change, leadership development, and the energy sector.
- Organised, self-motivated approach to work, even under tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in project management, data analysis, or communications is advantageous.
