This internship supports the broader digital organization by improving how digital systems are deployed across the business. The position focuses on assessing current training methods, identifying areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with internal standards, and developing updated educational materials.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate how effective existing training programs are for digital systems
- Spot gaps and opportunities to enhance training materials and methods
- Ensure training content meets internal standards and expectations
- Assist in designing and updating training resources for digital systems
- Produce digital learning materials, utilizing tools like Synthesia
- Work closely with stakeholders involved in system deployment, support, and training
Requirements
- Currently studying Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, Digital, Learning, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in digital systems, user training, and content development
- Good analytical skills and ability to identify improvement areas
- Structured, rigorous, and comfortable managing several topics in parallel
- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- Proficient with digital tools and software
- Good communication skills, oral and written in English
