The company seeks an IT Business Analyst to manage PI Historian and Warehouse Control Systems in a GMP-regulated environment, bridging Automation, Manufacturing, and IT/OT teams to drive data-driven improvements.
This position serves as the primary liaison between Automation, Manufacturing, and IT/OT departments. The role focuses on transforming complex operational data into actionable insights and continuous improvements within a GMP-regulated biopharma manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the system owner for PI Historian and Warehouse Control Systems, overseeing their daily operation and maintenance.
- Manage change and release processes to ensure system stability, providing second-level support when necessary.
- Partner with business stakeholders, including Automation and IT/OT service owners, to gather requirements and convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain GMP documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance through validation activities, deviation investigations, and CAPA management.
- Provide technical expertise for equipment and systems, including troubleshooting and operational guidance.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an Application Manager or System Owner, ideally within the GMP-controlled pharmaceutical sector.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in IT or a related field.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with PI Historian or Warehouse Control Systems.
- Ability to communicate in German.
