Based in Dübendorf, this Junior HR Administrator role supports the company’s mission to provide peace of mind in home cleaning services. The position involves managing core personnel records, handling statutory reports, and assisting with payroll processes while collaborating closely with the HR team and external authorities.
Responsibilities
- Updating and maintaining accurate employee master data
- Processing reports related to workplace accidents and sick leave
- Managing registrations for child allowances
- Liaising with government bodies and social insurance providers
- Assisting with the monthly payroll cycle
- Providing general administrative assistance to the HR department
Requirements
- Completion of a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on Human Resources
- Some initial experience in personnel administration
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken German
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time to the Basel branch office
