(Junior) HR Recruiter (w/m/d)

Andermatt Swiss Alps seeks a Junior HR Recruiter in Andermatt to manage end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring a strong candidate experience and representing the company's values.

This position plays a key part in the organization's growth by handling recruitment activities. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for the employer brand, effectively communicating the company's culture and values to potential hires.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and necessary qualifications.
• Source qualified candidates using professional networks, job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Evaluate applications and pre-screen profiles against specific job criteria.
• Perform initial interviews with candidates who meet the requirements.
• Draft job offers and negotiate compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Handle administrative duties for new hires, conduct reference checks, and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, recruiting events, and information sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of two years of experience in recruiting.
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools, platforms, and digital sourcing techniques.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (minimum C1 level).

• Prior experience in the gastronomy and hospitality industry.
• Background in executive search firms, recruitment agencies, or fast-growing business environments.
• A genuine passion for talent acquisition and building long-term relationships.
• Strong ability to identify talent with a structured, high-quality approach to recruitment.
• Confident presence, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Good understanding of the labor market and interest in hospitality and tourism trends.
