Omnilex seeks a Senior Lawyer in Zürich to solve customer cases and build AI-native legal services. The role combines legal expertise with product development and client relationship management.
This position focuses on transforming real-world legal challenges into scalable, AI-driven services. The lawyer will manage the entire customer lifecycle, serving as the main contact for contract renewals and strategic account growth.
Responsibilities
- Handle actual client matters by conducting research, drafting documents, and structuring legal arguments to deliver high-quality work products.
- Serve as the primary legal advisor when clients encounter complex obstacles they cannot resolve independently.
- Break down legal cases into reusable components, including prompts, workflows, templates, and knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transform these components into services that clients can run on the Omnilex platform.
- Manage a portfolio of services, continuously refining them alongside product and engineering teams to match the quality of initial legal work.
- Act as the designated lawyer for assigned accounts, interacting directly with senior partners, general counsels, and legal department heads.
- Convert pilot programs into long-term contracts, expand into new practice areas, increase user seats, and deepen workflow integration.
- Leverage professional networks to open doors that typically take sales teams months to access.
Requirements
- Must be a qualified lawyer.
- Possess a professional network of lawyers, general counsels, partners, or alumni who are willing to assist when contacted.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in technology and AI applications within the legal field.
