Frama seeks a Legal Counsel for North America to manage commercial contracts, ensure compliance, and support business growth through legal advice. The role is mid-level, full-time, hybrid, based in CH.
This position supports North American operations by overseeing the contract lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance, and delivering strategic legal advice to help the business grow.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for North American operations.
- Offer legal advice to business teams on compliance, risk, and contractual duties.
- Handle the full contract lifecycle, including execution, tracking, and renewal.
- Work with internal teams and external legal advisors as needed.
- Contribute legal expertise to business development efforts.
Requirements
- Legal education and experience in commercial contract matters.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
