JayBee AG seeks a Legal & Regulatory Specialist for digital assets in Zug (hybrid). The role advises financial intermediaries on compliance, licensing, and M&A within the FinTech and crypto sector.
This position supports JayBee AG’s FinTech, DLT, and crypto initiatives by providing legal and regulatory guidance to financial intermediaries. The specialist helps clients navigate complex compliance landscapes, manage licensing processes, and execute transactions while contributing to the firm’s strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Providing legal and regulatory advice to financial intermediaries
- Assisting clients with the establishment of new companies
- Managing licensing applications, including preparation, submission, and follow-up
- Supporting clients through M&A transactions
- Drafting legal opinions, conducting assessments, and handling FINMA non-action letters
- Acting as a director for client entities
- Liaising with supervisory authorities
- Contributing ideas to support JayBee’s development and shared success
- Assisting in overall company development
Requirements
- University degree or higher education in law, with at least one qualification from Switzerland
- Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience
- Solid grasp of LegalTech, including legal software and AI tools
- Deep understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology
- Strong knowledge of financial market regulation, preferably within the Swiss context
- Business fluency in English
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA citizens)

- Legal education obtained in Switzerland
- Prior experience in consulting or law firms
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sales and marketing skills
- Proficiency in a Swiss national language
