Manager - Audit - Trade, Industries and Services

PwC Geneva seeks a Manager for the Trade, Industries and Services Audit team to lead complex statutory and integrated audits for engineering and manufacturing clients.

This position is part of a skilled team dedicated to excellence and innovation within the Trade, Industries and Services sector. The role focuses on leading and mentoring professionals in an international setting while managing diverse client engagements and complex audit challenges. Responsibilities

• Direct audit engagements for clients operating in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
• Oversee integrated and statutory audits for entities preparing financial statements under Swiss law.
• Manage audits for private companies utilizing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Handle non-financial reporting audits, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reviews.
• Prepare comprehensive audit documentation for review by Partners.
• Present audit results and findings to client management teams or Boards of Directors.
• Cultivate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support to clients.

Requirements

• Current Manager status with over five years of experience at a Big 4 firm.
• Strong technical proficiency in Swiss GAAP.
• Possession of a CPA qualification or an equivalent professional certification.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-location audits.
• Ability to effectively manage daily client interactions and coordinate with regional PwC network firms.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with senior executives at local, regional, and corporate levels.
• Capability to report progress and issues directly to Partners.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
