The company seeks a (Senior) Manager for Trade, Industries & Services to lead US GAAP and Swiss statutory audits, mentor teams, and advise clients on complex financial reporting.
This position involves leading and mentoring teams within a dynamic, international Financial Audit environment. The role focuses on tackling complex audits for diverse clients, helping them navigate regulatory requirements, and shaping the future of financial reporting to turn complexity into a competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct integrated audits for clients preparing financial statements under US GAAP and filing with the SEC.
- Perform statutory audits for companies adhering to Swiss law.
- Prepare audit documentation for Partner review and assist in presenting findings to management or the Board of Directors.
- Develop and extend client relationships while providing technical accounting support.
- Manage large, multi-location audits and coordinate with clients and regional PwC firms.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar role at a Big 4 firm or equivalent auditing experience with large multinational clients.
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, SOX, and PCAOB standards.
- Possession of a US CPA qualification or an equivalent certification.
- Experience in managing large, multi-location audits.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior management at local, regional, and corporate levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to report upwards to Partners.
