Market Access Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market access strategies to ensure optimal pricing and reimbursement.
• Prepare Health Technology Assessment (HTA) dossiers and value dossiers for Swiss authorities.
• Engage with BAG, cantonal health departments, and payer stakeholders.
• Conduct health economics analyses and budget impact modeling.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams on launch readiness.

Requirements

• Degree in Health Economics, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.
• 5+ years of market access experience in the Swiss pharmaceutical market.
• Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare system, SL listing, and pricing regulations.
• Experience with HTA submissions and pharmacoeconomic modeling.
• Fluent in German and English; French is highly desirable.
