Richemont seeks a Marketing Specialist in Meyrin for a 12-month onsite role to manage Swiss market strategy, retail partnerships, and visual merchandising initiatives.

This position serves as the primary link between headquarters, local stakeholders, and retail partners within the Swiss market. The specialist is responsible for executing marketing strategies that boost brand appeal and client interaction, ensuring all initiatives are locally adapted and effectively deployed.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt and implement headquarters marketing campaigns for the local market.
  • Partner with boutiques and external collaborators to launch marketing activities.
  • Track and control advertising and promotional spending.
  • Plan and execute high-profile events at retail locations and with key partners.
  • Define target audience segments and ensure the quality of customer experiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to improve future activations.
  • Manage marketing budgets with a focus on return on investment.
  • Apply visual merchandising standards consistently across all sales channels.
  • Design window displays and in-store installations to improve visibility.
  • Visit stores regularly to check execution quality and fix issues.
  • Handle logistics for visual merchandising items, including shipping and setup.
  • Manage traveling exhibitions and local display projects to maintain brand consistency.
  • Organize factory tours to highlight craftsmanship and deepen client relationships.
  • Create personalized experiences for VIP clients and media representatives.
  • Manage all details of client visits to ensure they are seamless and memorable.
  • Use exclusive experiences to strengthen emotional brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Background in trade marketing with a strong understanding of retail dynamics.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects independently from start to finish.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and influence.
  • Proactive and solution-focused attitude with a sense of ownership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • High attention to detail and dedication to quality execution.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Competence in using MS Office applications.
