ERServices seeks a Senior Master Planner in Mezzovico, CH, to align customer demand with production capacity, ensuring smooth operations and on-time deliveries through strategic coordination and planning.
This position integrates operational planning, performance analysis, and strategic coordination to synchronize customer demand with production capabilities. The role ensures smooth operations, timely deliveries, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule by factoring in customer demand, available capacities, and material stock, then inputting it into the ERP system.
- Manage Rough-Cut Capacity Planning within the S&OP framework to guarantee the production plan remains feasible.
- Partner closely with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Supply Chain teams to foster an integrated and realistic planning strategy.
- Examine demand, material, and capacity information to spot bottlenecks and launch actions that enhance utilization, prioritization, and batch sizes.
- Refine planning workflows and tools, maintain data integrity (BOM, master data), track KPIs, meet delivery deadlines and service-level targets, and handle end-of-life management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to tasks.

- APICS CPIM certification or equivalent planning-related credentials.
