Engineering Planner

Pharmacie du Mont SA seeks an Engineering Planner to manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with production teams in Switzerland. The role requires SAP PM expertise and fluency in English and German.

This position focuses on organizing and overseeing maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability. The engineer will work closely with internal departments and external partners to align maintenance activities with production needs, ensuring that all tasks are planned efficiently and executed on time.

Responsibilities

• Create and update schedules for both routine preventive and reactive maintenance work.
• Identify and report any planned tasks that are falling behind schedule.
• Coordinate with customer service units and production planners to guarantee equipment readiness for maintenance windows.
• Chair weekly planning sessions to resolve bottlenecks and confirm timely completion of jobs.
• Distribute resources for scheduled activities, including hiring external contractors if needed.
• Source and assign necessary spare parts, materials, and consumables for maintenance projects.
• Produce and share reports tracking key performance indicators related to planning and execution.
• Regularly assess and refine planning workflows to boost operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• A degree or higher national diploma in engineering or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance roles, preferably within pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated settings.
• Deep understanding of engineering maintenance procedures and scheduling methodologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency with SAP PM modules.
• Fluency in both English and German languages.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time on-site in Switzerland.
