Mondelez Schweiz GmbH seeks a Mid-level Master Production Planner in Bern to manage material supply, execute MRP, and optimize inventory accuracy for manufacturing operations.
The company is looking for a professional to oversee the creation and management of process orders for bulk and raw materials. This role ensures a steady flow of supplies for manufacturing while maintaining inventory precision and minimizing waste through strict adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to guarantee a steady and dependable material supply for production needs.
- Identify and communicate production or logistics issues promptly, coordinating with suppliers and planning teams to adjust schedules and prevent business disruptions.
- Operate MRP systems, set system parameters, manage material call-offs, and establish supply chain setups for new products alongside business development.
- Monitor and control inventory levels for raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods to meet key performance indicators.
- Implement Integrated Lean 6 Sigma methodologies and standard processes, taking ownership of specific pillar systems or processes at the site level.
- Engage in Supply Network pillar initiatives and lead projects focused on analyzing and eliminating supply chain losses.
Requirements
- Proven experience in material planning, demand forecasting, inventory control, purchasing, or related fields.
- Solid proficiency in SAP and Excel for daily tasks.
- Competence in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Fluent command of both German and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and effective relationship management skills.
