Responsibilities
- Conduct testing of SiC devices at both wafer and package stages.
- Develop and implement new testing procedures for SiC components.
- Create or enhance testing hardware and software solutions, including PCBs, data acquisition systems, and analysis scripts.
- Analyze data to evaluate device performance and reliability, handling large datasets.
- Compile documentation and reports for R&D team members.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Applied Physics.
- Fundamental understanding of hardware development and integration, such as data acquisition and PCBs.
- Basic proficiency in statistical analysis methods and software tools like Minitab or Python.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities in English.
